For more than thirty years, I've used art to explore and express what is important in my life. In the past 10 years, I've helped other people do the same through workshops and coaching.
Together my clients and I have used creativity to explore all sorts of things; including grief, depression and anxiety, as well as gratitude, safety and belonging.

I help you to find your creative 'moves', to get beyond the stuck places and rediscover the joy that can be experienced when you're in the flow.
